Raspberry Chia Pudding

Can I just say, chia pudding is so delicious! If you haven’t you have got to give it a try. Also, trying to get fruit to stick to the side of a glass is so much harder than I thought it would be. I tried everything, from first just sticking the kiwi in, to pouring the chia pudding in and then adding the kiwi, to adding honey to the sides to help it stick. Nothing worked! Until I put them in a few at a time and let them freeze in between each time. But, it was completely worth it in the end because it looked absolutely beautiful. I will add that even though the pomegranate juice is an optional add, I would definitely consider adding it to tie with the pomegranate seed toppings.

Green Tea & Rose Sugar Scrub

One of the best ways to kick off a pampering session is with a good old scrub. Although a tad messy, they are great for the skin and with the added benefits of coconut oil it really helps to moisturise and lock in that well-needed nourishment.  So I thought to myself, why not make my own scrub with two of my favourite ingredients, rose and green tea. So that’s exactly what I did.

This one is super easy and only consists of five ingredients! Of course, if you are not a lover of rose, you can simply skip that step and enjoy a luxurious green tea scrub, which will be just as amazing. This is definitely an intense scrub as the sugar is granulated so I would recommend using this at least once a week for a deep cleansing scrub. Keeping it in the fridge could help preserve it for a longer period of time, but all the ingredients are shelf items that do not need to be refrigerated.img_4092IMG_4095 Scrubing Layoutimg_4098If you end up making this at home please let me know what you think and tag or tweet me any of your gorgeous photos. And don’t forget to ENJOY!

Salted Caramel Chocolate Brownies

Who doesn’t enjoy a steaming cup of hot chocolate on a cold winters night? And what better to go with it than a gooey decadent salted caramel chocolate brownie. I am a sucker for anything caramel, let alone salted caramel! So I decided to give these beauties a bash and me-oh-my are they delicious. With a gooey centre filled with Nutella and caramel, sprinkled with a bit of sea salt, these are to die for.

They are SUPER! chocolatey, so if you love a rich chocolate brownie then you’re in for a treat, but if you’re like me and a slice of chocolate cake is a bit too much then half will be just enough to indulge in. Also, don’t get too worried if the caramel seems really watery, the brownie will sort itself out in the oven and end up just fine.

I was really pleased with how these turned out and had so much fun licking the batter out of the bowl 😉 I would love to see some pictures if you end up baking these, so let’s make the hashtag #nicadybakes. I hope you enjoy them!
